Faith, Fun, Food, and Friends
The Youth of Sacred Heart, Saint Ann’s and Saint Mary’s meet
Mondays from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. to break bread, pray, socialize, and
learn together. The objective of the group is to enable our young
people to grow and develop personal relationship with God. We as a
parish need to foster a welcoming atmosphere that offers these young
people the opportunities to discover and share their gifts.
The Diocese of Rochester encourages us
·To
empower young people to live as disciples of Jesus Christ in the world
today. ·To draw young people to
responsible participation in the life, mission and work of the Catholic
Faith Community ·To foster the total personal and spiritual growth of each young
person
Spiritual
Activities Grant, Lord, to all students, to know what is worth knowing, to love
what is worth loving, to praise what delights you most, to value what is
precious in your sight and to reject what is evil in your eyes. Grant
them true discernment to distinguish between different things. Above
all, may they search out and do what is most pleasing to you, through
Jesus Christ our Lord. (Thomas a Kempis)
